GotTinta.com uses UPS and the United States Postal Service as our primary delivery partners. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and delivery time for ground shipments is within 2-5 business days nationwide for the product(s) that we have in stock. If you have a more urgent need, we offer Second Day and Next Day Service at discounted rates. Please Contact Us immediately for any rush order.
All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses will be delivered by the US Postal Service and may take up to 3 days longer. Order tracking and delivery confirmation is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. You may contact us to get only the shipping date in those instances.

You must provide us the order no. and a valid e-mail address and ensure that e-mail from the domain GotTinta.com is not blocked by your e-mail filters, an e-mail confirmation with tracking number should reach you. If ordering more than one type of product, your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged, separately.
GotTinta.com retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests (Next Day Service, Second Day Service, and etc.), bulk orders over $1000.00 that requires special shipping, and pallet orders. Please note, any order that weight more than 45 lbs, it will be an additional shipping cost. GotTinta.com will contact the customer prior to shipment if such items apply.
