At GotTinta.com, we provide customers an easy way for refund. Please send your RMA Request to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to (562) 663-9037.
All merchandise without special indication may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number (RMA Number) is required for all returns. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may apply, depending on the investigation from our return staffs. Additional deductions may apply for some products returns to reflect the current market value. These terms apply to all refunds. All products are shipped with a repair/replacement warranty period. Any discrepancy should be reported within 7 days from the invoice date so that we can investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company not to GotTinta.com. All related fees (including shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products under all circumstances
To avoid any return fraud, GotTinta.com will not refund to Customer for all the shipping cost, which includes the replacement products shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for risks of loss on all returning shipment.
If the merchandise is damaged upon receiving, we will file a claim with UPS/USPS on behalf of our customer for any products damaged in transit. Refund/Replacement will be issued after the claim is approved. Claims can sometimes take over 15 business days.
Undeliverable Package (Incorrect Shipping Address):
You are liable for any correction fee charged by shipping company, if the shipping address you provided to us is incorrect. When the shipment is certified undeliverable by FedEx/UPS and returned to us, customers can request us to reship it by paying a new shipping cost, or customers can request a refund. Refunds will be issued for product cost only and original shipping charge will not be refunded.
All refurbished products are not refundable unless it is physically damaged or with special approval arranged and agreed at the pales.
Cross-Ship (Advance Replacement)
All products can be cross-shipped if the following conditions apply:
1. Customer agrees to pay for advance replacement, and,
2. The exact same item is in stock.
3. Under no condition will GotTinta.com cross-ship any items 30 days after the original invoice date.
Any returned merchandise(s) that have not followed merchandise procedures shall be rejected and marked as lost to GotTinta.com alone with additional charges to buyer(s) with or without buyer's acknowledgment. To return a product based upon GotTinta.com replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Please use this link to file for RMA. All RMA must be filed online. GotTinta.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which GotTinta.com must receive the return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, you need to request for a different RMA number for your returns.
- When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. GotTinta.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.
- Customer must inform GotTinta.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurate investigation. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy.
- All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
- The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance; Hence GotTinta.com will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.
- Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return.

Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity, or otherwise, against GotTinta.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
These terms and conditions, together with the GotTinta.com invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between GotTinta.com and the customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between GotTinta.com and the customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
